Spherical Sand Separator

After the success of our 5,000 PSI spherical separator, the market demanded a solution at a higher pressure range and built to within a weight limit that was acceptable for field service.

Complete System Fabrication was the first to offer the 44" ID in a 10,000 PSI sand separator as an ASME certified vessel. This unit was built using our proprietary Black Diamond Infusion® process for wear surface areas.  It was also fabricated with directional and speed change developments to maximize the amount of sand removal.
